Requesting a quote does not confirm a booking or require payment through this website.
Booking and payment
- We confirm availability and agree the conditions with you in writing.
- When you accept the contract, you confirm the guest count and dietary requirements and pay a 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed when we receive it.
- The deposit is deducted in full from the final invoice. The remaining 50% is due no later than seven days before the event.
If your guest count or dietary requirements change after confirmation, contact us to review the proposal.
Cancellations and date changes
- More than 30 calendar days before: the deposit is refunded, minus only documented, non-recoverable external costs already incurred.
- 15–30 calendar days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- 7–14 calendar days before: the deposit is non-refundable.
- Fewer than 7 calendar days before: the full confirmed service amount is due.
Date changes are subject to availability. We will explain any non-recoverable external costs before confirming the change.
